I started running in 2012. I was out of college, over-weight, and looking for a free and easy way to get into shape. Running seemed like a natural fit – I could just throw a pair of shoes on, walk out the door and go! I started with Couch to 5k, ran my very first 5k in 2012, and haven’t looked back since. Running and movement have become a huge part of my life. So much so that helping others train and run is now my job.
